This simple tool adds all enquiries received through your website contact form to a Database for later use

1) Enquiry Submitted

A prospect has used a search engine to find your site they like what they see and enter their details into you online enquiry form.

The form is submitted in the usual way, by clicking a submit button.

2) Data Saved to Database

The information is emailled to you as usual.

Once the email has been sent the data is saved to the online database

3) Data Retrieval

The database can be downloaded at any time using a simple link in a secure area of your site. This are is only accessible to authorised users who know the user name and password

Once the Database has been downloaded it can be used locally to organise mailshots, using grouping information from the online form if necessary

If you have updateable news facilities with the optional automated email prospects captured in this database can be included in the list of recipients for news items and product updates
