Entered into OMIGA system either directly by client or your own staff. Offers quick view of all unfilled shifts, by hospital, by day or week. simple to use search system factors in staff availability and clinical requirements, presents list of possible nursing staff and allows instant assignment.

Staff Availability
Easy to use staff availability can be updated by nursing staff (using their own login) or your own staff and stores known availability for 8 weeks forward. Allows for distinction between unavailable or unknown. Links to search facility. Quick view of available staff lets you quickly see who you've yet to place.

Staff Records
Comprehensive nursing staff records, includes PIN expiry control and POL check where required, shifts requiring POL check filter unqualified staff. Staff work preferences stored for easy retrieval. Links to Payroll systems (SAP, SAGE etc), produces timesheets, and allows for easy timesheet validation.

Login
Multiple security levels allows validated login for users, staff and clients. Client can input shifts directly to system - client shift status shows shifts filled and pending (updates every 120 secs). Staff can access shift roster and update availability from any web based terminal using secure login. Regional offices can all see same live company data.
