PPC Campaign Management
This is a particularly interesting example of the financial benefits of our Ad Campaign Management. This client organises coach hire of all sizes from mini coach to double decker luxury for customers nationwide, they find suppliers for those wishing to hire coaches.
They were already running an Adword Campaign but were disillusioned with it for the following, all to familiar reasons; spending too much, not getting enough enquiries and not getting any help or support. They wanted to reduce their daily spend, reduce the CPC (cost per click) and target a bigger area whilst focusing on larger urban areas, that deliver better quality enquiries.
well no, it wasn't, we achieved all their objectives on the first day!
What was Wrong?
Their campaign was wrong. Not perhaps in any obvious way but to the trained eye the faults were clear; Bids were muddled, keywords and phrases were both incorrectly targeted and inconsistent and the approach to targeting specific regions was not well executed.
How did we Fix It?
We can't give away any secrets and do not claim to be magicians but here's what we did; We paused the existing campaign and created a new one with the following main revisions
1) Decreased the daily budget by 40%
2) Revised and simplified the Campaign structure (8 Ads ipo 174)
3) Targeted specific areas
4) Reviewed and revised keywords
5) Reduced some bid prices
Did it Work?
The very next day, less than 24 hrs after starting up the new campaign they called us to say they had paused the campaign as they were getting 'snowed under' with enquiries! Perhaps we can do the same for you.
