Black Friday / Cyber Monday, what do they mean for your business?

Almost half of internet visits are now taking place on a mobile or tablet device, and more money than ever is being spent online. Black Friday was the perfect example of this with online sales surpassing the £1Billion mark in a single day for the first time. Today is known as Cyber Monday and the same is expected to happen again, indicating the way things are moving in the digital world.

Since Google released their mobile friendly algorithm earlier this year, promising to penalise website’s page rankings in their search results pages if they are not mobile friendly, many businesses have made the switch to having a brand new Responsive Website.

Responsive site’s are now the preferred option for most businesses, as it means just having the one site as opposed to having a main desktop site and a separate mobile version. This single site is suitable for what ever device it is being viewed on, be it a desktop/laptop computer, tablet or Smartphone, as it adapts itself to the screen size. This makes it easier for you to manage, and more importantly easier to use for your customers.

If you would like a quote for a brand new bespoke Responsive Website, please call us on 01827 373564 or drop us an email at sales@spiderscope.com  and we will get back to you.
